紙箱動(dòng)態(tài)性能試驗(yàn)：
對(duì)于一些特定商品的包裝，如陶瓷、玻璃制品、電器、儀器等，還要檢驗(yàn)紙箱對(duì)商品的緩沖性能，即模擬運(yùn)輸、裝卸，振動(dòng)，跌落等試驗(yàn)：
1、振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)
將紙箱包裝商品后置于振動(dòng)臺(tái)上，使其受到水平、垂直方向的振動(dòng)作用，或者同時(shí)受到雙向振動(dòng)，經(jīng)一定時(shí)間后檢查商品情況或商品紙箱破壞時(shí)經(jīng)過(guò)的時(shí)間。
2、六角鼓回轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)
將紙箱放入裝有沖擊板的六角回轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，按規(guī)定轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)、次數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，然后檢驗(yàn)商品、紙箱破損情況。
3、跌落試驗(yàn)
將包裝商品以后的紙箱按不迥姿態(tài)從規(guī)定高度跌落，檢驗(yàn)達(dá)一定次數(shù)后紙箱內(nèi)包裝商品的善，或紙箱踴損時(shí)跌落的次數(shù)。
4、斜面沖擊試驗(yàn)
將紙箱旋轉(zhuǎn)在滑車上，然后將其從一定高度的斜面上滑下，后撞擊在檔板上。它類似于運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中的緊急剎車情況。

1. Vibration test
Place the carton on the shaking table after packaging the goods, so that it is subject to horizontal and vertical vibration, or two-way vibration at the same time. After a certain period of time, check the condition of the goods or the time elapsed when the commodity carton is damaged.
2 hexagonal drum rotation test
Put the carton into the hexagonal drum with impact plate, rotate it according to the specified number of revolutions and times, and then inspect the damage of goods and cartons.
3. Drop test
Drop the carton after packaging the goods from the specified height in a different attitude, and check the quality of the goods packaged in the carton after a certain number of times, or the number of times the carton falls when it is actively damaged.
4. Inclined plane impact test
Rotate the carton on the pulley, then slide it down from the slope of a certain height, and then hit the baffle. It is similar to emergency braking during transportation.
