一、裝載危險品的車輛不得在學校、機關、集市、名勝古跡、風景游覽區(qū)停放。
二、車廂內嚴禁吸煙，危險品在裝卸時應使用不產(chǎn)生火花的工具，車輛不得靠近明火、高溫場所和太陽暴曬的地方，裝運石油類的油罐車在停駛、裝卸時應裝置好地線，行駛時，應使地線觸地，以發(fā)生火災。
三、包裝上做好清晰、規(guī)范、易識別的標志，危險品在裝運前應根據(jù)其性質、運送路程、沿途路況等采用安全的方式包裝好，包裝必需牢固、嚴密。
四、被危險品污染過的車輛及工具必需洗刷清毒，未經(jīng)完全清毒，危險品卸車后應清掃車上殘留物，嚴禁裝運食用、藥用物品、飼料及動植物。

2、 Smoking is strictly prohibited in the carriage. Tools that do not produce sparks should be used when loading and unloading dangerous goods. Vehicles should not be close to open flames, high-temperature places and places exposed to the sun. Oil tank trucks carrying oil should be equipped with ground wires when stopping, loading and unloading. When driving, the ground wires should be touched to the ground to cause a fire.
3、 Clear, standardized and easy to identify signs shall be made on the package. Dangerous goods shall be packed in a safe way according to their nature, transportation distance, road conditions along the way, etc. before shipment, and the packaging must be firm and tight.
4、 Vehicles and tools contaminated by dangerous goods must be washed and cleaned. Without complete detoxification, the residues on the vehicle should be cleaned after the unloading of dangerous goods. It is strictly prohibited to ship edible and medicinal materials, feed, animals and plants.
